FitGoal of the Month Sept 2015

This is David deadlifting 375lbs. This was our first time testing a TRUE 1RM. We've been training for size and fat loss for a little while so it was time to GET STRONG and start our first Strength Program.  When we were going for size and shred we did more of a high hip style deadlift. This was David's first 1RM attempt with a better deadlift form (although we're still working on form and getting better and stronger every time). This is one of his many fitness feats he's already accomplished, and its looking like there will be many more to come. Good work Dave!
