Online Personal Training takes advantage of all the amazing benefits of personal training, without actually having the trainer/coach supervising every session. You get the same individual program design, the same motivational support, and more, for a fraction of the price.
Who is Online Personal Training for?
It's for people who want the guidance and effective programming from a trainer, but is looking for a more cost effective approach. It works best with people who have some gym experience, and decent form.
OPT is for someone who:
- already has a steady work out routine but is looking to take their health, body image, or training to the next level
- wants the guidance and motivation of a professional trainer to keep them on track to achieving their goals
- has seen progress stall... an underrated example of how important program design can be to training: Take someone who may be trying to build strength and muscle. They have a routine, hit the gym, do their chest day, back day, and they don't even skip leg day!.. but eventually progress comes to a halt. There's a big chance that your program needs to be tweaked to fit your new fitness level, body type, and specific goals. Same can be said for Nutrition. Your nutrition will likely need tweaking as well.
- travels a lot and/or finds it difficult to commit to consistent private in-gym personal training
- wants many of the benefits of in-gym personal training, but is working with a lower budget for fitness
